I ordered a denuim jumpsuit- I'll be honest, for £17 I did not expect it to look like it does in the picture- but it arrived really quickly and is amazing quality , fit is spot on and looks fab!

Is there any chance to get any contact
As i hav not recieved my return confermation almost 2 month gone

Terrible experience, clothes I received were very dirty with sweat marks like they have been wore before. Taken a month and a half to receive a confirmation email that my refund is being processed, after returning the goods on the same day as they were delivered. After 15 odd attempts still no answer on their phone. Very unprofessional, slow and poor service. Would not recommend shopping here.

Terrible experience, day 8 since placing order and still haven’t received anything, got in touch with customer service team via email around 5 days and as well as yesterday and still nothing, awful company with awful response skills. Will not order from them again, said on websit expected delivery 2-4 days. It’s not been 8 days and I’ve not had a single thing from them.

My Matter was dealt with, There was misunderstading with PayPal.

I can’t fault Urban Celebrity. There was an issue with my order that was addressed very promptly, I was replied to within minutes unlike other companies that leave you waiting days! Lovely young lady Olivia dealt with my issue quickly and efficiently! Very happy with the level of service provided.

Ordered a coat from Urban Celebrity, great product, great price, 10 days for delivery though quite poor

Great site for my 15 yr old . Ordered him a coat it came today, great quality.

Ordered a tracksuit and Jumper from this website on next day delivery, the day after I was at work but got a message to say delivered. couldn't find it anywhere so filled out the online contact us form. didn't hear anything for a week so ended up ringing up. they advised they needed to open an investigation with the courier and will take 5 days. the courier returned to my house and asked us if we had received it. we obviously told him no. the driver then went back to urban celebrity and told them we had refused to talk about the parcel which was a LIE. we simply told him we didn't have it and then he left. Urban celebrity have now told me the investigation is closed without offering me a refund or replacement so assume they believe this driver. Terrible service from both them and DPD Would never in a million years recommend shopping here just in case your parcel goes missing and they basically say tough luck. £75 down for nothing.

Placed an order for a few pairs of jeans and a coat.

Great product choice and selection available on the website but sub standard after care / customer service compared to the larger players (Asos, Boohoo etc).

There were a few product defects (small) but defects nonetheless which in my experience are very quickly and easily dealt with when ordering from Asos at no cost to me etc however the returns policy at UC combined with handling of the situation by customer services means i will not be placing another order with UC.

Good products but after care not comparable to other players.

Edit:Update - only wanting to look into it after a average review is too late. Fast fashion is very perfect competition in nature in terms of market model, and therefore the most valued usp for me is customer service. Downrating from 3 stars to 2 stars.

Was about to order,seen a code for 10% discount for time time orders, tried and did not accept,contacted them and they say "oh ,cant use because its sale/slightly reduced item,,,it would have been my first order with them ,doesn't say any different,,not a way to build a customer base,don't use them,dodgy firm

A better reply from maybe someone like Amazon or Bodybuilding.com would have been

First of all.... £4.95 for standard delivery!? What a joke. Not only that, but when the item is too small and you just want a simple exchange, they will deduct £4 from your refund for delivery back to them, and you'll have to pay the full delivery price again upon reordering?!? What!? Absolute joke definitely won't be using again.
